Definitions:
- Residential Single Family - A residential customer whose water supply is individually metered. This applies to houses, apartments, townhouses, condos etc. that have a meter per dwelling.
- Multi Family - A customer that is described as any residential multifamily complex whose water supply is metered by a master meter. (example: Wildwood Apts.)
- Commercial and Industrial - Commercial, industrial, institutional, medical, warehouse etc. whose water supply is individually or master metered.
- Inside Rates - Rates applied to water customers within the City limits of Villa Rica.
- Outside Rates - Rates that are higher than those of inside rates applied to water customers outside the City limits of Villa Rica.
- Access Charge - A monthly charge based on meter size applied to each water, sewer and irrigation service. This applies to all customers.
