How can I apply for utility service?

The City offers a discount to Senior Citizens who live
inside the City limits. Customer has to be 65 years of
age and location has to be their primary residence.

By phone at 678 785 1000, select the first option
which is to press #.
Online at www.villarica.org. There is no charge to
customer for paying bill by phone or online.

By mail, address is 571 W Bankhead Hwy, Villa Rica,
Ga, 30180. An envelope is included with your
monthly bill for the purpose of mailing your payment.
Please include payment stub to insure that your
payment is properly posted to your account.
The City’s policy states that you need to fill out an
application requesting service for location, plus show
proof of ownership or a lease agreement, bring a
picture ID and pay a deposit.
Water and sewer. For inside City residential
customers only, household garbage, free recycling in
conjunction with household garbage service, and
curbside/bulk pickup are offered.
The deposit can be refunded or applied to your
account after 12 consecutive billings cycles are paid
before or by the due date. This needs to be
requested by customer as it is not automatically
done; or it will be applied to your final bill when you
terminate service with the City.
Bills are mailed out at the end of each month and are
due on the 15th of each month unless the 15th falls on
a weekend, then the Monday following the 15th will be
the due date.
