Municipal Court Clerk Shelly Frost Award

The City of Villa Rica received a prestigious honor at the April City Council Meeting. The Georgia Court Clerks Association presented their 2007 Program of the Year award to Villa Rica’s Municipal Court for the Warrant Amnesty program initiated by Court Clerk Shelly Frost in 2007. The program helped clear 17% of the department’s outstanding warrants and netted $16,701 in delinquent fines from as far back at 1997.
