services to our citizens are ultimately the result of a partnership between the departments of City
government and the vendor community which provides the goods and services needed to support the
City’s operations.
What you need to be placed on the City of Villa Rica’s Bidders List:
The first step to doing business with the City of Villa Rica is becoming a Registered Vendor. You must
first complete the Vendor Registration Packet, which requires basic information about your business that
we must have on file. You will be asked to identify the goods and services you can supply by writing in the
appropriate commodity class codes from the list provided. You may receive this form by contacting the
purchasing clerk at purchasing@villarica.org or 678-840-1235 or by selecting the link below.
It is your responsibility to contact the Purchasing department with any changes to be made to your vendor
file, such as a company name change, an address change, or a change in the goods or services you
provide. Requested changes are to be made in writing. Please feel free to contact this office if you have
